Free gift that doesn't work with what I ordered

I'm sure this would've been great if I ordered a carrying case, but this doesn't work on the cases I ordered so it wasn't a particularly useful free gift

Wasn't for me...gave to a friend

This compact is beautiful and would've been great if the pill sections were removable but there is no easy way to get a handful of pills out without dumping the entire thing on the counter. Gave it to a friend who takes fewer pills.

I did not like it

It was hard to open. When it did open the pills spilled out. There should be a cap on each day of pills.

We’re so sorry to hear this! We have customers who love the security of the closure and others who find it a little tricky at first. It does get easier over time as the material becomes more flexible with use. Noted on the cap suggestion! We appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind.

I like the pouch that it comes in. I like the sturdy design and the dividers for the tablets. I think that there should be a cover between the lid and the tablets for greater security. Also the lid area could then have space for night-time tablets. It is very difficult to open and would benefit from a slide catch or push button design. If I had arthritis I would struggle even more to open it. Nice product but under delivers in design.

it is a beautiful color but it’s kind of difficult to open. on the same note though, it won’t open in your bag if you’re on the go! a small price I have to pay for a gorgeous pill case
