Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hey@dosey.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All shipping costs are at the customer expense. Orders that receive free shipping will have the cost of original shipping deducted from the refund. If an order is to be partially refunded and the returned items drop the total order value to under the free shipping threshold, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Free items must be returned to meet the minimum order threshold or the free item price will be deduced from the refund.

Cancelling or Modifying Order
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Billing, Credit Card & Address Details
To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please also ensure delivery address is entered correctly.
Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays, costs or undelivered orders due to incorrect information.
