Shipment processing time
All in-stock orders are shipped on the same day, if ordered before 11am (excluding weekends/holidays).
Deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. If Dosey is experiencing a high volume of orders, we will let you know via email if there is a delay.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, an automatic email will be sent with shipment confirmation and tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details.
Our goal is to deliver within the above mentioned times. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local public holidays.
International customs, duties, and taxes
We ship to Canada & the UK on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis which means all relevant local taxes and import duties are included in the price you pay, and you will not be responsible for any other charges. Damages & Lost Parcels
Dosey is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Cancelling or Modifying Order
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.
